We know that at an unconscious level every human has in him these 2 languages, A and Informal Logic

The evidence is that people have a poor grasp over them since they are not able to manipulate these languages cognitively and by volition. 

And not to have the remaining two languages, Ā and the Modified is an impoverishment of a significant order of magnitude.
